52	TheTaraStark	1:11:41	No Major Glitches	Skipless	Speed	PS1 Emu	NTSC-U (USA)	2024-02-03	2025-02-25	Would love to get a run in where I don't lose at least one race XD Getting better every time! (OpenEmu v2.4.1, uses Mednafen 1.26.1 core) (Also just realized my input display did NOT like the controller I used dfjklsdlfkslkf) > Video link edited 2025-02-22 in preparation for [the great Highlight purge](https://www.speedrun.com/news/k28oeo54-twitch-highlight-limit-speedruns-at-risk), originally verified by [Hypnoshark](https://www.speedrun.com/users/Hypnoshark) 2024-02-09 06:31:15, [this run's original Twitch video link (soon to be dead upon run re-verification) here](https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2052456682)
27	TheTaraStark	1:22:00	No Major Glitches	Skipless	Acceleration	PS1 Emu	NTSC-U (USA)	2023-09-21	2025-03-02	First time playing CTR in over a decade, first time speedrunning any game ever. Splits were messy (inexperience) but overall time is accurate. Did [emu verification](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CMJXcStT1Nc&t=2335s) (OpenEmu 2.3.3, runs Mednafen core) earlier in the session ([full VOD here](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CMJXcStT1Nc&t=2335s)). It was messy, but it felt way better than expected given the circumstances. Looking forward to improving on this in the future! Whoever screens this one, please let me know if there's anything I can do to make moderation/approval easier in the future.
