37:03 RTA

This was an extraordinary run with great driving and absolutely crazy RNG. Especially in the early tracks, getting speed boosts and shields saved tons of time. Couple that with cooperative CPUs and the result is an insane time overall. Timing starts at 04:03 and ends at 41:06.
